By joining us, you'll tap into a vibrant network of over 1500 diverse young individuals through our events and app, fostering up to 240 annual connections with the option to onboard up to 4 mentors. We prioritize talent retention by providing 4 junior staff members from diverse backgrounds with exclusive app access to support their career journeys. Moreover, our program offers CPD accreditation, boosting staff confidence and enriching your company's culture. For just £2,500 per year, you'll receive added free benefits including Institute of CPD membership, access to diverse talent placement, DEI peer and reverse mentorship learning, and participation in workshops and mentorship conferences—providing an unparalleled opportunity for growth and collaboration.
